PANDAS April / May 2025 Club Updates
Dear PANDAS Members,
A few club updates below.
Club Membership
We have 179 club members at the moment with at least another 3 who have indicated they will be rejoining in the next few weeks.
Club Meeting – Tuesday 6th May
The next PANDAS club meeting is on Tuesday 6th May. At this meeting we will be having a 3D Printing Talk / Demonstration.

No Fly Days
The horse racing season has started and the next ‘No Fly Day’ is on Wednesday 30th April.
All the ‘No Fly Days’ and field events are on the Club Calendar.
Field Events
We have the below events taking place at the field over the next couple of months. Click the links below for more details:
Sunday 11th May – BMFA Scale Event
Saturday 17th May – BMFA Northern Area Achievement Scheme Event
Saturday 31st May & Sunday 1st June – BMFA Northern Area Weekend Fly-In / Trial Flights / SWAPMEET
Normal club flying will be limited at the BMFA Scale event (depends on the number of entrants).
We do allow normal club flying at the achievement scheme events and just ask that some priority and respect is given to anyone practising or attempting any of the tests.
We will be asking for helpers for the BMFA Northern Area Fly-In Event & SWAPMEET shortly. This is usually a very busy weekend at the field and takes a good bit of organising. If you can help on either day (even for a few hours) please let us know.
