The ‘Wakefield Armed Forces Day’ for 2026 is scheduled Saturday 4th July.
It is held in Pontefract Race Course.
The club have traditionally supported this day and long may that continue, in recognition of all our Serving, Regular, Reservists, Veterans & Cadets, of all the Armed Forces Personnel.
The club are not attending the event this year (2026) due to a date clash with other events and members are not available to attend.

The day is a ‘No Fly Day’ for the club.
