PANDAS March 2025 Club Updates
Dear PANDAS Members,
A few updates and details of what we have planned for 2025.
Membership
As of 1st March we have 175 club members with another ten who have indicated that they would be joining for 2025.
Club Meetings
The March meeting is CANCELLED (our main room not available). We have the following planned for the next 3 months.
April – F5J Electric Glider Talk / Presentation
May – 3D Printing Talk / Demonstration
June – Laser Cutting Talk / Demonstration

Field Events & ‘No Fly’ Horse Racing Dates
We have the below events planned at the field and the first ‘No Fly’ day for horse racing is on Tuesday 8th April. All the details are on the website (link below).

Saturday 11th October – BMFA Northern Area Achievement Scheme Event
Training & BMFA Achievement Scheme Tests
We are continuing with the regular Wednesday training and providing training on most Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

We are hosting a BMFA Northern area training and testing day on Saturday 17th May.
Once the weather improves and we have more light in the evenings, if the interest is there I may look to do a further training session on a Thursday evening for a couple of hours specifically for members who are nearly ready to complete one of the BMFA achievement scheme tests.
