PANDAS 2025 AGM Notice
Dear PANDAS Members,
The PANDAS 2025 AGM is being held on Tuesday 4th November (8.00pm start) at our normal club indoor meeting venue Roundhill Working Mens Recreation Club, Castleford (click below for directions):

The AGM will be followed by a normal club meeting.
The committee are currently reviewing the club rules and constitution to see if any changes are needed. Any proposed changes will be circulated shorty.
The AGM agenda and 2024 unadopted AGM minutes have been circulated by email to the club membership.
The club accounts are currently with the auditor.The accounts should show a surplus of around £400.00.
Once the accounts are audited they will be circulated together with any proposed changes (if any) to the 2026 club subscriptions.
The current committee positions are all up for re-election and some of the current committee are looking to stand down. If anyone is interested in joining the committee please let me know.
If anyone has any questions or needs to clarify anything prior to the AGM please give me a call or email me.
I hope to see a good turn out on the night. Thank you for everyone’s continued support and help during the last 12 months.
