December 2025 Club Meeting & PANDAS 2026 Membership Renewals
Dear PANDAS Member,
We are holding the traditional club meeting and joining night at the December club meeting on Tuesday 2nd December 2025. Members can come along and renew then.
We will do the membership renewals between 7.30pm and 8.15pm (we cannot access our meeting room before 7.15pm) and then hold the meeting from 8.15pm onwards.
I have updated the club website with the renewal details and renewal forms (link below).
Your current 2025 PANDAS membership expires on 31/12/2025.
We will be accepting 2026 renewal payments from now on for those who do want to renew early.
Everyone will be responsible for renewing their own BMFA membership & CAA operator number.
For proof of competency under Article 16 everyone must have CAA Flyer ID number to fly lawfully (odd exception for control flyers only). We need to know you have one before you renew (details on the renewal form).
Full details are contained on the forms, including the various payment methods, subscription rates and days / times I will be down at the PANDAS flying site to process any member renewals.
We are not changing the gate locks or keys this year.
Your 2026 membership card will either be handed to you or left in a folder in the club cabin for collection.
