BMFA RCC – PANDAS Membership Requirement – 2027
Dear PANDAS Members,
After a recent meeting, the committee have decided that every PANDAS member (except non flying social members or control line only flyers) should hold a BMFA Registered Competency Certificate (RCC) by the start of 2027.
The BMFA RCC is the BMFA online test that is recognised by the CAA under the BMFA Article 16 Authorisation. It more accurately reflects the rules we fly under compared to the CAA DMARES test. This also allows us to better manage the membership on the BMFA portal, because some of the tests (LMA, DMARES, and FPV UK) do not show on there.

As a club we will assist any members who do not have online access, to take the test.
