REMINDER – PANDAS December 2025 Club Meeting / 2026 Membership & Joining Night – REMINDER

Dear PANDAS Members,

The next PANDAS club meeting is scheduled for Tuesday 2nd December 2025 at our normal club meeting venue Roundhill Working Mens Recreation Club, Castleford.

This meeting is traditionally the club joining night where members come along and pay their club membership subscriptions for the forthcoming year.

Anyone who has already renewed prior to the meeting, I will have your PANDAS 2026 membership card with me at the meeting. After that the cards will be placed in a folder in the club cabin for members to collect.

We will do the membership renewals between 7.30pm and 8.15pm (we cannot access our meeting room before 7.15pm) and then hold the normal  club meeting from 8.15pm onwards. The meeting agenda is below.

I am planning to hold a few specific days (in December & January) when I will be at the flying field and members can come to the field to renew their membership by cash, cheque or card payments. The details are on the renewal forms and club calendar.

The club subscriptions for 2026 were set at the 2025 AGM at £35.00 for seniors and £1.00 for juniors.

Everyone is responsible for renewing their own BMFA membership (details below). Most members BMFA membership will expire on 31/12/2025 and you can renew it from 0900 on 1st December.

Everyone is responsible for making sure they have current CAA Operator & Flyer ID numbers where required. These will expire at various times of the year. The Operator number (the one you pay for & display on your aircraft) lasts for 1 year. The Flyer ID number (online knowledge test) lasts for 5 years
